Meet faith free-lewis

Lubbock Harpist Faith Lewis Wedding Harp PlayerLubbock Harpist Faith Lewis has always had a passion for music. She is a classically trained pianist and was her church musician for many years beginning at the age of 14. She was the pianist for her High School Choir for two years. Faith studied guitar at South Plains College in Levelland, TX and took private lessons as well.

She studied harp at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX under the leadership of Dr. Gail Barber. As a member of the Harp Ensemble while at Tech she was part of the recording of harp music. Faith has also been a featured soloist at Hemmle Hall earning accolades from friends and family. She has played in various orchestras and for the Singing Men of West Texas. She has provided harp music in Lubbock for events featuring Senators Kay Bailey Hutchison and Robert Duncan.

Lubbock Harpist Faith Lewis enjoys playing at weddings, churches , anniversary celebrations, birthday parties and other special occasions. Providing comforting music at memorial services and funerals is also a passion for her. She provides soothing harp music as loved ones are transitioning from this life. Faith has played therapeutic harp music in the  neonatal intensive care unit, pediatric intensive care unit, pediatric  and for  antepartum patients in a local hospital. Recently she has played for hospice patients and for patients with dementia. Feeling God’s touch on her life, Faith has dedicated her life to a ministry of the harp.
